As longtime event planners, we saw a growing need: guests who didn’t drink, by choice or by circumstance, were often left out of the experience. We wanted to create a way for everyone to feel included in the toast, the cheer, and the joy of celebration.
Inspired by a Beloved Companion
Around the same time, we said goodbye to our beloved pup, Cooper, whose unconditional love and joyful spirit had been a guiding light in our lives for 15 years.
Where Passion and Purpose Collide
That’s when everything clicked. We combined our love for hosting with a desire to serve, and Cooper & Co. was born. A handcrafted mobile mocktail bar that honors our four-legged friend while creating beautiful, inclusive experiences.

Chief Celebration Officer & Mocktail Magic Maker
Known as “the planner” by friends and colleagues alike, Amy has been creating unforgettable experiences for as long as she can remember. Whether it’s a corporate meeting or a dog birthday party (yes, really), she believes life is better when it’s thoughtfully celebrated.
After her former company closed, Amy had a choice, find another job, or finally pursue the dream she’d been brewing for years. Cooper & Co. is the result: a business built on creativity, inclusion, and honoring the four-legged family members who make our lives better.
Fun Fact: Amy has three globe-trotting dogs with big personalities (and voices to match), and she’s never met a rap song she wouldn’t perform in the car.

With a background in service and education, Barb has always been the person who makes things happen behind the scenes, and makes them beautiful, too. She's passionate about the little details that turn ordinary moments into memorable ones, especially when it involves food and flavor.
When a move to Charlotte opened a new chapter in her life, Barb joined forces with friends who shared her vision for something different. Together, they built a business rooted in celebration, creativity, and community impact. Her favorite part? Designing mocktails that feel like a party in a glass—often inspired by her favorite furry friends.Fun Fact: Barb believes food should feed the soul—and mocktails should, too.
